AUTOSAT - High Density Storage System

AutoSat is irreplaceable assistant to handle the flow of goods in warehouses that have the expressed uneven storage inventories (water storage for the summer season), which require special conditions (cold stores), i.e. those which primarily work in the segment of the realization and warehouse processing of food, alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, tobacco products, etc.
AutoSat is a remote-controlled shuttle, which moves the pallets inside the racks. AutoSat rearranged in on layer by handling equipment. AUTOSAT-drive-in system is a modern modified alternative to a typical Drive-in. With the use of AUTOSAT you can increase the number of SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), because This system allows you to store the same type of product within each layer of racking channel, in contrast to drive-in racks, further save space, time and therefore money.

How AutoSat works

Rails to move the shuttle AutoSat located below the tier for placing pallets. Forklift puts the shuttle on rails, loads the pallet with cargo on layer, shuttle mechanical lift system raises the pallet with cargo just above the layer and moves to a predetermined free position in the layer, lift system lowers the pallet on the layer and returned to the side of load for the next boot, takes the next pallet served by forklift and etc. In the same way the shuttle unloads pallets.

AutoSat controlled by the operator from a remote controller which signals reach the radius of 150 meters. Remote controller is easy to use, with a simple interface in Russian. The operator can control up to four shuttles from one remote control simultaneously.

AutoSat provides cargo handling by two principles: the first technology of loading-unloading is carried out by analogy with Live Storage System, i.e. layer of rack is through, so the shuttle can easily load pallets from one side of racks, and unload on the other hand - the principle FIFO (first in - first out). In the second case, the technology is identical to the drive-in racks with one-side loading - shuttle loads and unloads pallets, so the pallet is placed on the layer first, will be unloaded the last - the principle FILO (first in - last out).

AutoSat safety system. AutoSat - a clever system that will not allow the operator injuries, cargo and racks damage. The thing is that AutoSat is equipped with sensors. For example, laser technology to determine the distance stops the shuttle movement when it detects obstacles in the channel (man, foreign objects) or to determine the layer edge. Pallet positioning sensor lets you set the distance between the pallets (in depth) of 40mm to150mm.

AutoSat equipped with energy-saving and environmentally-approved power supply system - a lithium battery. AutoSat Battery has no memory effect (as if the battery ‘remembers’ that in previous cycles of its capacity was not utilized fully, and gives a discharge current to a "memorized limit). Battery life working range is up to 16 hours that gives the advantage of saving energy.

AutoSat works in two temperature regimes: Standard - +5 to +45 ˚ C and Below zero - from -30 ˚ C to +4 ˚ C.
