Cantilever racking
Cantilever racking - a rack design, the main elements of which is the console. Structurally, the racks are a system of pillars, connected by links, as well as horizontal consoles, which are for goods. Racks of this type installed in the production and storage facilities to accommodate them long cargo. Maximum load per rack console may be 1.9 tons.
The use of cantilever racking
Cantilever racking used for the storage of long goods in the warehouses of building materials, electrical equipment, metal, wood, etc. To ensure the rigidity of cargo on the consoles of racks can be installed plywood additional supports. This allows use cantilever racks for storage of cables, long wooden planks and other flexible materials. As the height of the installation of consoles is regulated in steps of 100 mm, in one rack can be placed various types of cargo. Cantilever racks can be characterized as unilateral, a bilateral and front-loading and unloading. Rack additionally fixed to the floor with anchor bolts. With the help of connections racks can be mounted in-line console elements of any length. This allows you to store materials required length, and if necessary restructure rack for changing sizes of cargo. Depending on the weight of stored goods is determined by the center distance of rack uprights that can be added if necessary.
